Other than the knicks board KP isnt considered of that highly. How do you not make the playoffs in the weak East with KP if he is considered to be a superstar along with Melo who is a star.

Nobody is saying he is a superstar. The rest of the team was a mess. He's 21 and has superstar POTENTIAL. Towns and Wiggins led their team to the same number of wins as us. Doesn't mean Towns doesn't have it. If KP isn't considered that highly, why does it seem the entire league is after him?

Melo and KP for #3, #7, Nets first rounder next year, Brown and Crowder.

I'd do that.

I personally wouldn't trade KP for anything that has been rumored so far.

it's taking a lot of time and energy for this theater. wouldn't that time be better served trying to actually better the team if that was the case ? would you devote this much time to it ?

Sure. Why not? I'm making phone calls all day. This is just one of many.

Phil has made outrageous demands to two teams now, and haven't budged. This doesn't sound like laborious negotiations. Sounds more like "take it or leave it"

you just said you wouldn't make the deal yourself, how is it outrageous then when you don't even consider it good enough ? what if one of these teams agrees. does phil say psyche, i was just kidding ? he's shopping him but the cost is really high. as it should be.

This may seem like im turning on KP, however he has done nothing but ride Melo's D. Youre supposed to be the future how you skip the exit meeting. Go to the exit meeting and say what you feel. Maybe he's not cut out for NY.

Wiggins stinks...and after Towns its Rubio and nothing else. Lavine being hurt didnt help.

Funny how Isola keeps saying "both Nets picks" -- maybe Isola fell asleep when Boston traded away the only other Nets' pick they had. They have 1. I hope Isola is physically/mentally okay.

Not much, but swap Towns for KP or Melo and this is a playoff team. The Knicks role guys are ahead of Minny's

personally, i don't see the 2 nets picks as outrageous. i see it as what it should cost. i don't see booker and 4 as outrageous. that's what it should cost. those teams counter-offers are what's outrageous. those are bad deals for the knicks. we'd all be mad at them.

Porzingis obviously isn't AD but he has the potential to be as good, IMO

Well, I think Booker is overrated and don't really care to have 3 picks in this draft.

Phoenix and Boston probably have different views of those same assets.

We're discussing trading a player who hates losing so much he stood up to an incompetent executive and that incompetent executive doesn't like being told that he's wrong. Think about that.

ohh come on now, you got to be kidding me. AD is considered to be the next in line after Lebron.

They barely had a better record against the east than the west. Regardless, what I said still stands. Nobody is saying KP is a superstar, but he's 21, has showed insane promise, and is on a rookie deal. He's clearly coveted if Boston is focusing on trying to get him.

Yall will not like it and I know it...
If PJax trades KP.

PJax is the problem. It's true, it's damn true.
Celtics fan.
We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.
