Hey Robert and Ryan! Can we try to draft some defense after this Tatum pick? Just find a way to get Bell, maybe OG or French Frank if he slips...plenty of assets there for the dealing. Please!

Just bang his wife instead. No jail time needed brah.

Well I have bad news.
Drugging her and kidnapping her will lead to jail time.

Oh... You mean mutually?... Well you'd need to be cashed up and reasonable good looking or rich.

Mutually.....I'm not rich. However, neither is Gambo.

If Suns take Jackson and Sacramento takes Fox then I wonder how much Isaac will drop. Maybe to Dallas?

I'm almost positive he will go to Olrando at 6 if this happens.

Yeah. I think he has a promise there. Wouldn't work out for the wolves.

Tell me about it. And my boss had to call a meeting for an hour and a half. I walked in, noticed a couple of people had laptops, went to get mine, went back, refreshed and I'd get asked a question in the meeting..."What do you think?" I'd be like "Sounds good to me."

I finally had to just leave...it feels hectic enough just keeping up with the Suns threads when you miss a little while, and of course I'm supposed to be helping to deal with stuff all over the forums which is a big distraction today.

You're doing God's work, my friend. Hopefully there's payoff by the end of the day!

My guess is they will try Isaac at the 3. He'll just have to improve his Ball handling quite a bit but I think he can do it.

He can play 3 if we are going to use traditional positions. If you can defend the 3 you can play it and DX says he can guard 1-4s as his frame fills out.

Yes, but we did that last year and I didn't want to get spoiled as I watched and I was pretty much the only one in that thread, so eventually I just went to the other one too with spoilers.

Yeah I wasn't sure what the "character" stuff came from. Other than that weird dorm room issue they had, but was he involved?

Isaac has made the most sense to me from the beginning if they couldn't get Jackson. Selfless, smart, high IQ player that can play multiple positions, is an aggressive defender and is willing to do whatever a team needs in order to win. He isn't going to be a high volume scorer but the Suns already have Booker and can add other players down the road to do that.

Yeah, that's how I feel, though Jackson went from clearly being ahead to being ahead less and less over time, so I'd be happy with either even if both are on the board.

He kicked a females car and broke her tail light and threatened her with his buddy.

He has anger issues but I think his anger management classes are paying off.

If Jackson is available then he should be the pick no question about it but I've resigned myself long ago to him being gone. I want the Suns to have another Shawn Marion with an almost equally **** up looking shot.

I think Isaac is more like Marion than Jackson, despite lacking the fugly shot. Neither were/are good at creating their own shot, both are decent shooters (though I think Isaac is better) and both are good defenders/rebounders. They're what I'd call a hybrid wing that can fulfill some wing duties and some 4 duties. Jackson plays more like a traditional wing and doesn't have the same kind of ability to play as a 4. Jackson reminds me of a bigger Iggy.

Marion is not a bad comp. They say he has a quick twitch. He's longer and can cover more ground quickly...between the perimeter and paint on defensive end to disrupt quick guards, etc. I don't know if he has that same crazy pogo bounce rebounding effort that Marion had. I like the Iggy comp for Jackson.

Oh, so he's come around to the likely truth? Not sure I expected it, but it's certainly looked that way to me since he shut down working out for teams drafting after 4. I won't be shocked if we don't take him but that's been my gut feel.

Jackson did the same thing right? I sure hope they don't take Isaac if Jackson is actually available to them.

We never brought in Jackson to do our workouts...unless we had him do our tests separately in Sacramento...we watched him with the Kings. I think there is speculation one of us promised him. He didn't work out with anyone below Sac after that..just the Lakers I think.
