I know Lyles has been a little slow in his development for what the Jazz need, but I think he has the skills to be a good fit next to Jokic long term.

Donovan Mitchell ended up #7 on my "big board". Hopefully this doesn't end up like another gobert situation with us and Utah :-?

He has shown very little so far in the NBA , he's still not what Denver need at PF position.

I would guess that means that one of Faried or Arthur is likely leaving soon.

I know Lyles had a sophomore slump, but I kind of like his offensive fit as a stretch 4 with the rest of this young core. His defense (or lack thereof) seems to be the biggest cause for concern, which is legitimate if they plan to pair him with Jokic.

Sounds like there may be a good chance OG is still there at 24.

He is actually a solid defender and is only 21 right now, I like the deal and the truth is who else was there that was a PF and fit with the roster that would not have been a major reach?

I would love to see them draft Derrick White or Hartenstien with the pick from Utah or trade Barton and draft both of them.

Lyles fits in with our core age-wise, he can be a good backup for years to come. I believe his sophomore slump was just that, a slump.

Hopefully OG, Hartstien or Bell at 24

Although I have heard we may have promised Terrance Ferguson and that's why he cancelled his last workouts. If that's true, I guess t ferg thought we meant at 13 because he canceled a workout with Detroit.

Edit: t ferg gone. Good because I'd take any of the other 3

I can't help but feel like we might take a step back and go with a roster full of youth like a lot of you guys have been calling for. We really didn't need a 2-for-1 trade that brought in another raw prospect. I don't know how Lyles or whoever we take at #24 find playing time without moving some of these veterans.

So one of those 3 will be there. Anigbogu/Lyles would be a killer bench duo tho too.

I would agree with that, I was hoping to see some of them moved tonight, but it does not look like it is going to happen this year.

This Jazz fan hopes we can make a trade every year. I hope Mitchell is good.

Thanks for Gobert.
