I always thought Phil was just doing Phil and trying to reprimand Zinger publicly rather than trade him. Blaming Ainge for not getting a deal done is probably pretty unfair. I wonder if Zinger sees this as an opportunity to get himself out of that mess and can make it happen. Given what Phil and Dolan have done to Oakley and Melo over the last year I cannot imagine they are popular with many players any more. Especially if he can't even keep his eyes open.

And Smart is a FA after next season. I don't know why people are excited about getting him on board when we would need to pay him money we don't have a year from now.

I think Bledsoe for Mudiay and 13 might actually go down. I like the trade for both teams. Denver gets an upgrade at PG and Phoenix needed to move Bledsoe if they weren't comfortable extending him in two years with his knee issues.

I'd do Brogdan/17 for 13/Beasley

Am I the only one who feels the Bulls may have gotten hosed? Seems like not much of a return. Lavine was solid before the injury but who knows how he will bounce back. Jury still out on Dunn, but thought they would demand a higher price for him. Feels like a panic move on their part.

That was an awful trade. Dunn is trash, Lavine is just average and coming off a major injury,.and the Bulls gave up their pick to make it happen.

Minny knows what's up. Wish the Bucks would have had the foresight to do something similar with Jabari.

I just cannot understand why Chicago would do that trade.

Give Forman a break, he drafted just Jimmy Butler 7 years ago.

I like it a lot. Could light a fire under his ass to become the defender he should be.

You now cry knowing you could have gotten Nurkic maybe even a 1st rounder as well for Henson and a 2nd rounder. And Brogdon, Jabari, and #17/Thon get you Butler.

Giannis, Butler, Nurkic, Middleton all on the Bucks
