KD has said he has friends around the league he'd recruit to fill the ranks.

Have to imagine it's Ibaka, Sefolosha, Reggie Jackson if he's reased.

But Ibaka is 28... that's pay-me age

Lots of talk that Ibaka is much older than 28. A lot of athletes from Congo fake their age for various reasons.

Eye test on his decline in production and athleticism also seem to point to he is older than 28 too.

I agree he definitely looks older. And is playing like it.

But also some GM will pay him like he's 28, which is the big factor

I hope they can find someone young so they don't have geriatric VC.

He was jacking up hero 3s in the playoffs series.

Grizzlies had to play him a lot because Allen was injured so he was getting abused on defense too.

Of course Curry has no choice since he's a family friend.

VC will take any interest at this point given his age.

Tony Allen is a free agent but he's up there in years too. And he's only 6-4?

Vince Carter would a sensational add. I have zero concerns about him playing for us. None.

Well...... in theory we could not AFFORD Zaza,McGee,West. When you are GOLDEN... it lures players who want SUCCESS. That's rather hard to predict.

We Likely will see a SURPRISE .. a guy who joins the fun and settles......for what in the real world is still BIG $. $500 K is a LOT of bucks for any part time job.
CENSORED... No comment.

My hope this season is Memphis collapses when parsons eventually gets hurt again. They trade Conley for assets and waive Gasol when no one is willing to move assets for him. Then Gasol comes ring chasing 8-)

Warriors should target PJ Dozier to replace Shaun. Very similar games and builds. I suspect he'll be scooped at quickly by someone though

I think Gasol would get claimed. He won't be on the Warriors.

Wait. People want Zaza back?

Even if he came for free I wouldn't want him as the Warriors starting center.
In 1971, the team moved across the Bay Area to Oakland, and changed its geographic name to Golden State to symbolize the team as representative of the entire state of California

And Pau Gasol has not played for Memphis since 2008.

Guess he doesn't know Pau has a brother either.

If GSW lose Iggy, what about bringing Rudy Gay in on a fair contract and signing Kelly O? Would be fun to see GSW big 4 play with Kelly O, can't leave anybody open lol

I honestly think it's a done deal, but they are gonna wait until their in house dealings shake out first.

Carter has been very good for his age. It's remarkable.

And to the dude complaining about his playoff run this year....How can you begin to dump on Vince for being ready and available to take on a larger role in the Playoffs? It was amazing that he had that much left in the tank, and they were desperate. Epic Props to Carter for bringing it still.

He's fit seamlessly...not even an issue.
