Cap space is worthless to the Bulls right now. Their reputation in the league isn't good. So many people are **** all over this franchise for how they handled the draft (among other things).
The Bulls will use the cap space to take on bad deals with picks attached to it.
That's fine but it's not what was suggested the cap space would be used for in the post I responded to.
