if it is the deal involve jv, I want bledsoe+tyson<>jv+joseph
joseph can be the backup to support ulis.
of course, with jv we wont resign alex.
At this point, I think Corey Joseph is better than Knight and Ulis and I think he actually will start for the Raptors with Lowry leaving. Knight though would give them a solid contributor off the bench or bring points they might need
The point is, hard to sell knight to them for jv directly without adding a 1st rounder which i absolutely don't want it.
And if we add jv, it is better to move tyson at the same time since we can resign alan likely as a fair price so that our c rotation will be jv and alanw(maybe bender also)
I don't have a problem with that if its protected enough. The Suns will not need 6 first round draft choices over the next four drafts (2018-2021). It also doesn't mean they will need like two. I think they should aim for at least 3 if not four over those years. And if the Porzingis thing is done - I don't have a problem with sending a heavily protected pick to clear up the Center position along with Knight
As if you don't see value in Knight - you have to try to do something. And for me, JVal for Knight plus a protected first seems better than Knight for Shumpert in a cash move
I do agree though - this should be a quiet offseason. Not much in free agency, if anything. Not even a Dudley type signing. I don't need to see Millsap here. I like my trade better - not sure it clears enough cap for the Spurs though but tough if it doesn't

Blake Griffin doesn't make senseto me - too injury prone. He can go to Miami or OKC
