Maybe? Yes? Probably? Love would have to tell me he wants to be in Milwaukee though, he seemed like a "bolt for LA" guy before Cleveland too.

This also saves 9 mil in salary cap.. you take 20 mil and you clear 29 mil.. which means that you trade Monroe's expiring to the Kings or the Nets or any1 that want's him, you push Hawes out and you have your +30 mil to actually make a move to sign Lowry.

Lowry, Midds, Giannis, Love, Thon

Sure, that would be cool.

I'd absolutely make a run for Love if he was getable. Under contract for three more years at a pretty reasonable price.

If we gave up say Jabari/2018 first/Brog would it get it done? Throw in a Telly/Henson/whoever if salaries need to match.

Indy out: PG
Indy in: Jabari/2018 first/Brog/filler if need be

Cavs out: Love
Cavs in: PG

Bucks out: Jabari/2018 first/Brog/filler
Bucks in: Love

Delly/Midds/Giannis/Love/Thon with Moose/Snell off the bench would be pretty good IMO and we'd have that core locked up for at least three years.

I'd be fine with that. Indy prob wouldn't do it but it's not too far off. Would I be mad to throw in a 2019 pick swap with Indy too to get it over the line?

Didn't Love have back issues recently? Would need to trust his body to want to give him $72 million over the next 3 years.

I dont know if the gap between a healthy Jabari and Love are big enough to give up Jabari, Brogdon, 2018 1st and possibly more unless you shed at least 1 bad contract in the deal going back pref Henson since he provides no value

He has had a pretty good run of health the last four years and I don't think the back thing was too bad from what I remember? A line up of Delly/Midds/Giannis/Love/Thon was create such good spacing for Giannis and Love to crush souls.

Would never give up that much for a player who barely moves the needle. Kevin Love continues to be hella overrated.

The guy was a legit MVP candidate at Minny who has sacrificed a lot of his game to fit in with two very ball dominant guys in Kyrie and LeBron. His RAPM numbers are still very good and I think he'd fit in very well here. He's not a liability on defence as he once may have been, passes the ball well, rebounds well and shoots from distance at a good clip. What is not to like about him? I'm not suggesting he'd be MVP caliber here but his game fits really well with Giannis.

Is Kevin Love the best white american in the league?
Surely that must have some value
maybe sell him to Utah

Bucks:
Kevin Love
Monta Ellis
Richard Jefferson

Why: Get a legitimate All-Star talent and near perfect complement next to Giannis. With Thon starting, we need a rebounder. Love is that. With Giannis, we need shooters. Love is that. He's obviously not a good defender or shot blocker, but between Giannis and Thon, the rim protection should be okay. The other two guys are potentially useful throw-ins as vet scorers off the bench. I think we'd be competing with the Cavs in the ECF next year if we make this happen.

Thon
Love
Giannis
Middleton
Brogdon

Indiana:
Jabari Parker
Greg Monroe
Spencer Hawes
Picks? Not sure what? A protected MKE 2018 and future Cavs?

Why: Return a legitimate top-pick/20 ppg scorer, albeit with a ton of risk due to injury. Add a couple firsts and some salary relief for the rebuild. Meh? Not great, but what are they expecting?

Cavs:
Paul George
Mirza Teletovic

Why? They want George. George wants Lebron. Make another run at the chip with George checking Durant. Mirza replaces Love's spacing from front court.
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

Opinions seem to be very polarizing. Either he's a superstar or he's a liability

I think Love on the Bucks is actually great, but Parker/Brogdon + 1st? I'd only make that trade if you think Love puts you over the top. I don't think it does and I don't think it sets the Bucks up for success 2-3 years from now anyways

How hilarious would it be if Lebron forces the Cavs to trade Wiggins for Love then trade Love for an older more banged up version of Wiggins in Paul George?

As someone who loved Wiggins during that draft, Paul George is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Wiggins.

Yeah but PG>>>>Wiggins. Especially if you're talking about the present and winning now.

Only way I am doing that is getting at least an average pg back in the trade or one who agrees to a FA contract. I like Brogdon more than most though. I'm probably the only person in Cali with a Brogdon jersey so I am bias.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
