Paul George wants to go to LA. Kevin Love and KG wanted to go to LA. If you build it....they will stay.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Trading the Number one pick, and passing on drafting on Markelle Fultz is all beginning to make sense now. Amazing.

'This crap is getting on my nerves. Does he want to play for a contender now or just play with the Lakers? I don't want to waste any pics on the guy if not.

Hard to believe Patty Mills never had a random big season playing under Thibs for the Bulls (like Nate Robinson and Aaron Brooks before him). I feel like that should have happened.

Why would Al Horford sign with the team he just beat in the playoffs?

Curious though about assets: if you are paying 50 million for SFs George and Hayward.....do we really need The 3 Jays? Crowder is probably gone. I think I'd rather lost Brown or Tatum before the Laker lottery pick only because they will rot on the bench. Plus they each represent about 7 million in salary which the future pick does not.

Because Atlanta fans don't care and the writing was on the wall for that team.

We're in the minority. Keeping Jae makes more sense to me as a win-now team. We get to keep the Ayton-Bamba dream alive too.

Jaylen will be a great player, hang onto that kid.

It's definitely something I've been thinking about. Of course there's the chance that somehow LAL pick doesn't convey, SAC improves and the pick winds up being middling - which would suck.

However, with the glut of wings even with Jae gone, would it be prudent to only keep one of the Jay's, have more money to round out other positions this year, plus have 2 of the top 5 picks in next years draft?

Glad I don't have to make that call.

That is a definite Catch 22 with Jaylen/Tatum being very unlikely to be as good as Jae in 2017/18 and the ages of 2 of the "Big 4", but you want the dice rolls that one of them will turn into a perennial stud.
