What are folks thoughts on Boozer? A guy that never gets picked in other games, due to his lackluster defense, but he is a great scorer/rebounder, so I like him in this setting.

Hit the nail on the head for me.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

At first I read Renaldo Balkman, which would have been a hilariously bad pick (and invalid as far as I'm aware...)

I'm pleased to report that this would actually be a valid pick.

Puerto Rico, eh? Learn something new everyday.

Making my pick momentarily.

Same. He's definitely a starter in this talent pool. I think the bigger issue you are going to have is Deng and Peja are both SF/PF, so either one of them is going to play less minutes than you'd like or you take the risk and play one of them at SG, which personally, I'm not a fan of, as neither guy was particularly quick enough to guard a guard.

He is one of the few remaining players with an All NBA season under his belt. Weird for it being only the early 3rd round. And, I'm going big. The Deng/Peja issue is going to have fly. There is some risk there, but Deng is a sound enough defender that I am not overly worried about it. I don't see a ton of high level 2 guard offensive talent in this draft either. And it should hopefully create some potential mismatches on the offensive end as well.

Exceptions are always unpredictable, but there is still one out there I have to be at least a little surprised by. If I knew he'd be available this late I probably wouldn't have drafted Mike in the first.

The back half of this draft is going to get interesting.

I wonder if the reason why a certain player keeps dropping is due to injuries..

I see four teams still with their exception and still in need of a point. Things that make you go hmm.

I love Draymond more than anyone and think he is historically elite defensively but was shocked to see him drafted. I have no clue who to use my exception on but I think you need to get closer to MVP level.
