Interesting I wouldn't trade with Houston last time they tried to rob us wit the Donatas Motiejunas joint, but whatever he'd probably look good under Mike D'Antoni.

Is anyone else a little confused by this trade and the major trade rumors going on? CP3 and Harden play the same position, and Harden was a highly effective PG last season, and his game has expanded from being a SG.

Also, the rumors of George getting traded to Cleveland, or to Boston with them also signing Hayward. These guys all pretty much play the same position. I know positions are becoming less relevant in the NBA, but I don't see how these moves result in the sum being greater than the parts.

The lesson learned with GS is not exactly to acquire the most talent, but to find talented guys that compliment each other and are not selfish. Maybe CP3 and Harden can make it work, and George with either LeBron or Hayward could also be effective. But part of me is skeptical that this type of team building won't pan out.

Does anybody else think that Hilliard looks like somebody crossed John legend with drake?

I said this too. I think Hayward and George are versatile enough to regularly switch between the wing positions on both ends, but at some point, someone is going to have to check 4's.

This whole super team trend is getting out of hand. I'm not sure what silver can really do about it, either

Given teams can only include $3M total in trades during a season, I don't think we're getting much at all for Hilliard given Rockets acquired three other non-guaranteed players the same way for the same reason. So we probably got enough back to gas up Gores yacht for a three hour tour.

Bad fit imo. They are two of the most ball dominant players in the entire league, and even though CP3 can shoot he's not much of an off ball player.

Great trade for the clips, while it may seem they got 4 25 cents for $1. Dekker is developing into a nice piece, beverely is a legit starting pg, as well as other serviceable players. Essentially for giving up Pauls last season to the rockets.

This is a great trade for the Clippers AND for Chris Paul as well (giving him a chance to sign a 5 year max deal)

What i find hilarious is that the Indiana Pacers and their fans think that they can get WAYYYYY more than this kind of return for Paul George...

Totally out of touch with reality

Teams with cap space had LAC over a barrel and wanted two first rounder to take on Ryan Anderson. I guess Morey felt Ryno and two firsts is worth more than Beverly, Decker, Lou Williams and Harrell.
