I love Draymond more than anyone and think he is historically elite defensively but was shocked to see him drafted. I have no clue who to use my exception on but I think you need to get closer to MVP level.
I saw him on the spreadsheet and wondered what the hell country he was from.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

It's hard to find guards in this format. I should have elite offense but starting to get really worried about my defense.

From these games, I've learned Kiki was a BAD MAN on offense! I thought about drafting him, but didn't want to spend so much that early.

I thought he would have gone much earlier. Elite shooter for his era basically a stretch 4 who also played SF. He could score in bunches. If you remove exceptions, he might be best pure scorer available in the draft in my opinion. I'd put it between him and Kyrie.

It's been tough not taking Kyrie in recent games. I think I'm just going to have fun in the next game and take Iverson or Arenas as my ISO black-hole.

I took Draymond because i think he fits so well next to Dominique Wilkins and i need at least one player who has at least some resemblance of defense

I personally don't consider any of those guys blackholes. I think they all have been in situations where they are asked to do a lot and can excel running ISO. I think ISO scoring gets underrated by a lot of people. With how much teams switch today, a lot of possessions in playoffs end in ISO. It is why Cavs won in 2016 because LeBron and Kyrie were 2 best ISO scorers. Warriors got KD in 2017 and Steph healthier to beat the Cavs switches. It is why I think CP3/Harden will thrive together. They both can penetrate and take pressure off the other.

I'm a really big fan of the Hedo pick. I definitely considered him over Ingles, but ultimately felt the difference in FGA was greater than the difference in overall impact for my team.

I was between Hedo and Marco. Hedo should have gone a lot earlier but I needed someone who could play 2 guard I felt.

I almost took him over Thompson. Getting buyer's remorse already looking at the remaining wing players.

There has been quite the run on wing players recently. Slim pickings now for sure
