If i'm Riles, I would try to woo Hayward's wife into moving to South Beach. Show him and her around the city.

Not really feeling these Blake Griffin setups. Y'all really willing to trade our future for Blake Griffin and Gordon Hayward?

PG - JRich / TJ
SG - Hayward / TJ / Ellington
SF - George / McGruder / White
PF - Griffin / Winslow / Babbitt
C - Adebayo / Griffin / Haslem
You really want J Rich as our starting point guard? Ouch.

What is our future? Winslow? Richardson? TJ? Bam?
We wouldn't have to part ways with any of those guys to sign BG.

Blake Griffin can play point guard, haha.
It doesn't need to be JRich but somebody with a cheap contract to make all the salaries fit.

The only thing that the Blake question boils down to is whether or not you think he is better than James Johnson. I know that Blake will likely be more expensive, but we have the room. So which one would you rather have?
Right now I am VERY torn.

Nothing to be torn about. I love JJ but Griffin is a much better player.

I had dealings with him quite awhile back. He was able to get me in touch with Lamar Odom back when he was on the team. He's legitimate to a degree. He does have some sources within the organization.
Can't promise he's 100% accurate. He never claimed to be, himself, but there is a certain level of legitimacy to the guy. Take it with a grain of salt (and honestly, you and I both know that it's Riley's intention to make this happen) but at least understand that the source isn't a complete fraud.
As for the rumor, looking at our cap structure, if we waive Ellington we end up with about $41.1 million in space. If we can attach Winslow to McBob and send them to LA for Griffin, we'd be able to give BG and GH each $24.9 million. That's not enough. They'd be leaving millions on the table, which they shouldn't do. Maybe Riley is able to include Tyler as well, but even then you're only talking about $27.8 million. You'd have to waive both White and McGruder in order to get them to the max, but look what we've done to our team:
Pg: Dragic
Sg: Richardson
Sf: Hayward
Pf: Griffin
Cc: Whiteside / Bam
That would be it. And the only way we'd be able to add depth is with the Room Exception and minimum salaried guys.
Paper thin.
Maybe Riley works his magic and gets McGruder and White back (though I think McGruder would be able to go get more, pretty easily) but even then we have too many depth issues...
We would have to move Dragic instead.
Yes if its Griffin, Hayward or Millsap, then use the cap space for a PG like Jeff Teague or George Hill with Dion and/or JJ

Griffin as point forward doesn't seem like too bad of an idea when Dragic is your point guard.

Lol I am wondering where this Boston writer is "hearing" this from? I understand the argument of Boston's assets being more appealing than no state income tax/warm weather, but not everybody down here is a party type. Just look at Chris Bosh and Ray Allen when they were playing here. Or, even Justise Winslow, Goran Dragic, and Shane **** Battier. Such party animals lol. I wonder if the old money living in Coral Gables and Pinecrest are also party types that only find Miami attractive because of the nightlife? Or those families who live in 4,000 sq ft McMansions in the Kendall/Killian area?
Dude is getting absolutely ROASTED in his mentions.

Probably the guy next to him. The whole party in South Beach rhetoric is so overplayed. These Heatles are dogs. They goin' to work.

I personally don't believe Hayward is going anywhere. I think this whole meeting stuff has been him trying to gain leverage over the Jazz to force them to spend and resign George Hill.

Hayward torching the Clips.
Really fun to watch him play. No traces of iso. Picks his spots, sets guys up, gets into the open court quick, etc. Heckuva team player.

It would be good if he just stayed in Utah. I really want to bring back JJ and Dion. Maybe my loyalty is getting the best of me but that's what i want.

Griffin is also injury prone. Can't do much good if he's not on the floor.
Proud embarrassment
