This kid hasn't played 1 HS basketball game yet & someone already has made a thread about him asking for opinions and comparisons.

what if michael beasley had a better support system, wasn't a moron, had a better motor, was an inch or so taller and had more defensive potential? well, he wouldn't be michael beasley but that could be what bagley becomes.
his potential is immense.

How do you get Beasley as a baseline comparison. They don't play anything alike. Agreed that he has monster potential

Kid is nice. Has all the tools and seems like a nice kid. Ton of other top prospects playing there as well. Here is the link to stream Day 2 if anyone is interested.

I know it's way too early but is he the next best HS prospect since LeBron?

More athletic, better rebounder, more of a slashing game, not as good of a shooter.

Can't think of 2-3 better prospects coming out of HS the past ten years.

Maybe not the best since LeBron, but ESPN seems to think that he's the best prospect of the last 10 years, which makes him the best since Oden and Durant.

I will agree with this. I think Oden is the best prospect since Lebron and I wouldnt put Bagley over him. I also dont think he is KD's level either. KD was longer (yes way skinnier) and his jumper was better. I think Bagley is right there with Anthony Davis and when Harry Giles was healthy as a prospect. If he can stay healthy I think he is a lock to be a top tier player. Just needs to stay healthy.
