They let Hammond go. Had winning seasons 2 out of their first 3 years after inheriting a 15-win team. Actually convinced a big name free agent to come to Milwaukee.
They "let" Hammond go when he wanted to interview in Orlando. Then, they didn't have a plan for his departure.
Exactly.
This is like people giving Hammond credit for the Jennings/Mids trade, ignoring the fact that he offered Jennings a contract but he turned it down.
Same could be said about Giannis. We were trying to trade that pick for Josh Smith. How compleatley f#@! $@ would we be?
Could you imagine the locker room personalities and craptastic basketball?
Shortsighted thinking keeps us in this constant state of crap. We already have the cards stacked against us not being in a big city with nice weather.
The draft was our best shot of getting out of this mess... instead we make the playoffs 2 out of 3 years with Kidd while Giannis is developing. We need to chill out on signing 10 mil back ups, stop f#!@$ing selling draft picks, especially if you now have a d league team. These guys are too cheap to pay for talented proven entities in the front office and too pompas to get out of the way and let the people they hire do their jobs. The owners are more of a hindrance than a help in some aspects.
Write the players checks, make your money, and get the hell out of the way. If you can't trust the person doing their job, it shouldn't be their job. Hire quality individuals who are capable of great success.
Brag how fu#%ing .500 you are?
I could see the Edens "Process" thing looking pretty dumb in a few years if Philly continually is knocking us out of the playoffs.
I am waiting for a plot twist, Like Herb Kohl really didn't even sell the team. Kohl Hired them as a front, and has still been making managerial decisions. This is just another layer of crazy. Like Herb lives in a secret room in the BC with a black cloak while everyone has to stil seek his approval for decisions.
I don't give two craps about your free t-shirts, your half time shows, how many workers say hello as I walk to my seat.
I just want there to be a point where we win a championship. We had to watch Big dog, Ray, Sam all win one after they left.
You would also be able to sell tickets at full price, and a heck of a lot more merchandise.
I will continue to buy tickets to watch Giannis and Thon.... but having half of your payroll invested in Monroe Delly Telly Henson contributing what they did is a joke.
This is concerning and a reason to think you don't get it.
