2 other guys played 1000+ minutes for us. Morris was worse than them as well.

An additional 5 guys played between 500 - 800 minutes for us. Morris was worse than all those guys except one (Trey Burke was worse).

It's difficult to believe that players and management are foolish enough to consider Morris our third best player.

Oubre said he was a top 5 power forward in the league and better than Paul Millsap. Not kidding

Oubre is a **** dumbass and ought to be slapped around for being so foolish.

Wait i need a quote from Oubre on this...not saying I think Nat lying but dude... if Kelly said that i would be nonplussed beyond belief with his lack of self awareness. That mentality may disqualify him from ever being great because he wont be working on his game day in and day out because he thinks he arrived. When someone like Millsap earned his place by being diligent for years...because goodness knows he doesnt have the athleticism or physical gifts of a KO...but his game is Allstar in east level.

I'm having trouble finding the Instagram post, but Oubre also called him a top 5 PF in the league on there in a comment.(the article is where he says that Keef is better than Millsap.

Oh c'mon! That's just one teammate hyping another. Not even the big deal you're making it out to be.

It's a media interview, where else would he be saying that? He literally says that "he really believes Morris is better than Millsap" I'm not hyping it up at all in anyway. It's the quote.

I get your point. It's essentially what John Wall should have said about or close to Otto when talking about a teammate. Self serving hyperbole about someone in your "family" vs giving an honest assessment about a teammate like a GM.

I know some are going to hate when I say this but I wish DC would have bought in Dwight Howard. I would like to have seen what he would look like playing alongside Wall, Beal and Porter. I just don't think he was being utilized effectively and a man of his stature works well with a PG like Wall. Teams in the NBA are emulating the Warriors but I think that works for all. I think the best system is the system that utilizes the teams strength. Gortat doesn't perform well when it really counts during the playoffs. Twice has he underperform during the playoffs.

Howard has been diminished. He's also not a leader and brings negative energy to a locker room. His defense and rebounding would be great but everything else with him just is a downer.

Gortat also was much more effective than him in their matchup.

Dwight would have been fine here because we don't have any stretch 5 options to replace him with and we traditionally play big.

I think the Hornets are going to be a team we'd like to avoid next year. They have incredible balance right now.

I dont blame Wall for waiting. He has an up close view of EG's incompetence.

If Wall doesnt sign they have to trade him because it guarantees that he is leaving. I love JW so yes make the Wiz sweat but he will regret leaving any money on the table when his career ends. It's not like he is killing it with endorsements or has some amazing post NBA career waiting for him...or even a legitimate top point guard in history legacy to chase. Wall is one of the best of his generation but when you retire that makes you Gary Payton...get money Wall and dont let the people around you tell you otherwise.

John can sign a bigger deal.

On May 16 he said: "There is so much more you can get later down the road"

Could get 5 yrs, $217M next year if he makes another All-NBA team.
