For anyone who hasn't seen this, it was a great interview and Dudley gave a lot of insight.

Mark 7:20 is when he starts talking about the Clippers organization as a team, as individual players, the coach, franchise and the moves they should make going forward.

That was interesting. The most interesting part to me is that he said they had the worst chemistry on the court of any team he's played for and that they never ate dinner together and that Blake and DeAndre would go off on their own and not invite anyone.

No question about that!

I honestly don't understand. Not even a late lottery pick.

I wonder who else we are planning to look at. I imagine it all depends on Blake, but I guess it's good we're meeting with him early then.

Is there a position you all think we should strengthen through FA?

I think just the opposite. Im sure McD probably talked to Dudley about his time with Blake and probably mentioned our interest in him. I think thats the reason he said Blake followed up with the sly smirk.

This was all way before all that, but obviously now that Paul was traded it makes that point moot.

I'd say center but there are really no good players in FA at center position I think.

I wouldn't read into what Kennedy says..."to play alongside Blake"...we would have to dump significant salary to add someone else. I think they are probably doing due diligence with a number of people with a number of contingent plans.

Yeah the list of FA Cs looks pretty bad. I mean, I guess we could hire Zaza the assassin to help us out lol.

Yeah man and the fact that they only practice like once a month, "starter's come if you want to" and Chris Paul being the ultimate winning player but maybe coming off as arrogant and rude when calling people out. That's probably why we're hearing these media reports that he has no friends on the team.

The Cavs might be happy, the Pacers would likely be ecstatic, the Suns fans would be miserable and for many years.

Whats new right?

This reminds me when I posted a trade for James harden last year and people said he wasn't even a top 5 Player at his position in the NBA and believed it!

Kyrie is a top 5 pg In the NbA and is 25 years old. The fact you wouldn't trade for him is comical.

Having kyrie and booker you have 2 of the best guards 25 and under In a guard driven NBA. Which means if we hit in a draft pick or can sign one big star we have a core of 3 guys that we could have for 7 more years .

Bledsoe/warren/Bender<kyrie

Role players are a dime a dozen.

i think if they can secure Griffin...

The suns will trade some picks and one of Bender or Chriss along with Warren for a veteran star.

Paul George
Even a sign and trade for Hayward? Suns will buyout Knight.

I think as long as Suns keep 3 young under 21 year old starter level players and some picks they can maintain long term plan.

Im calling it right now.

Not only do we sign Blake, but we also end up with Jordan.

Something like Warren/Barbosa/Len S&T/Knight/Miami 1st for Jordan/Crawford

Just to be clear

27 year old pg who has never made an all star game

1st round draft pick who was the 2nd best draft pick that year ( Chriss is better) IMO

And a scoring SF who plays no defense, when we just drafted a SF if the future. So a 6th man

For
A 25 year old 4 time all star....

NO BRAINER

For me, Kennedy is a lot like Jordan Schultz - not correct very often.

The Suns have a great young core: Booker, Chriss, Jackson, Bender, Warren,Ulis (for depth) - I wouldn't go crazy breaking a lot of that up. To me, Booker, Chriss and Jackson are untouchables.

I am open to improving the team but for - keep at least 4 of that 5 core players I mentioned and maybe trade at this point, one, ONE, of those future first rounders

For me, its not what the team is giving up - its what the team is getting back. Kyrie stops the ball and with Booker - I think you need ball movement, not ball stoppage. Who is a good PG - if you want to move Bledsoe, that is a ball mover. The answer, I think Utah just got him.

Kennedy is a small notch above Steve Kyler who is a small notch above Jordan Schultz.

Yeah, I'm sure the Clips will be all over pairing them up somewhere else.
