They must have a PG lined up in 30 minutes.

Supposedly they are going after Teague.

Salaries are NUTS... cant sustain this.. Its like the house prices in San Francisco and Vancouver lol. BOOMING irrespective of GDP and average income of the nations.

I mean.... John Wall is rumored to get 170 Million for 4 years extension... Curry is due for a 205 Million extension... Durant somewhere in the 150 Million after discount lol.

you know the fans will end up paying for these... increased NBA league pass, seats, food at the arenas, more ads on jerseys and court, more ads during games.. meaning longer timeouts. I know its a business.... but damn, capitalism at its full power working in the NBA.

I mean, GAME changer players I can understand investing heaps of cash on them..

as I said... Ingles is a good role player, extremely smart and coachable but... what is Magic's GM thinking? he might as well 3-4 european or D-league players have them sit on a test figure out who's the smartest, most coachable... pay them 10K per game... then whomever performs closest to what Ingles brought to Jazz.. sign them for 3 years at minimum salary.

GMs throwing money away.. AHHH

Damn right of course we are! Anyway, his max is 149/4, so even if we give/offer significantly less, that would still be a lot of dough. Hoping it's for 2 years, 3 years - fine, maybe, 4 years - hell no. :banghead:

Again - I am okay with Millsap as long as its a two - maybe three year deal. If its four or five, no way. But if Millsap wants 2 years /50m or whatever - I think he helps the team and still keeps the timeline in place

I think I am okay with Blake not coming here. Who can blame him for taking the extra 45m

One thing, this means do not have to dump Knight for nothing. If Joe Ingles is getting 60/4 - they just might be a market for Knight if say Brooklyn strikes out on Reddick, or the Sixers strike out on Reddick.

I really don't like the idea of 4 years for the guy. And the S&T option of 5 years, no no no way!

I looked at roster - wonder if there is a chance to flip them Knight and a first rounder just for them to recoup something for Millsap - meaning the Miami first rounder, you get Brandon Knight. Okay okay, Derrick Jones Jr too

Denver makes perfect sense for him. I guess Minnesota if they play Towns at C with Butler, Wiggins and whatever pg the sign (Teague?) would be interesting too..

Butler could be primary ball handler as well though.

Return to Phoenix Suns
