I've always feared Colangelo would screw up what Hinkie started. But this move tells me Colangelo is playing it smart. Getting a shooter to help develop the young kids without getting stuck in a long term deal that ties the Sixers hands in 2 or 3 years is smart. It totally makes sense to overpay for a year of Redick and then go into next season in the same position to add a player AFTER the Sixers show they are a team on the move.

It'll be so sweet to beat the Celtics in the playoffs. Let them get their hollow regular season 50+ wins and we beat them as the 8th seed.

Who would not have traded Henderson ,Rodriguez and $8 million +or - for Reddick on this team? That is essentially what has happened. If the 76ers are moving up 15 wins this season, the Clippers are likely moving down about the same.

Superb signing and safe if we are all wrong.

If the team is healthy and Bolden and Korkmaz can play some, no reason Brown can't coach this team to over .500 ball.

I don't care about "overpaying" if it comes up. It is one year dn does not affect the young players' future contracts. When they took on on all the salary dumps to help get to this position, that was a form of "overpaying" for no production at all. It was a stategy, hopefully now paying dividends.

perfect with the money/length.. perfect fit

redick is a hard worker... will bust his butt.. wont complain for shots... just runs off screens and hits open shots.. works hard on defense to make up for his limitations.. good locker room guy

I'm buying nba league pass this year, I legit can't wait for the season sixers are on the COME UP
