Trust the process.
Convert municipal and agricultural waste to refined natural gas. Sell the refined natural gas to gas companies. Use the money to provide a monthly basic income to people that earn less than $28,000 a year.

Warriors should tank, it's cl;ear this team needs to rebuild... I start the tank by using the stretch provision and buying out Curry [wink]

Bulls are the most obvious-we need to drop all of our vets and start over.

It is easier for a super profitable team like the Bulls to tank than ATL or INDY. Knicks probably won't

Actually I wonder with the super ridiculous cap raise will teams purposefully trade for horrible players at high salaries? Tankers have to fill the void somehow.

there's not much choice when a 70 win team acquires a top 3 player

I always wonder if people are serious when they say this. Im glad teams dont think the same way. 27 teams cant tank for a top 3 pick.

Teams that should tank.

1. Bulls
2. Mavs
3. Knicks (If they still have their pick next year, cant remember off the top of my head)
4. Magic (yet again, but new FO)
5. Clippers (but they are probably a playoff team still or 9 seed type at worst if healthy)

Every other team is trying to win it seems. Teams like the Suns, Kings, Lakers, etc naturally wont win many games, but they arent tanking on purpose. They are just too young to actually win now.

Maybe I'll clarify/rephrase. I am not in support of 27 teams intentionally losing but I more so mean in terms of rosters, 27 teams should really be building toward the future rather than sacrificing future to win now because unless you have at least 3 stars you don't have a chance in the world of competing with Golden State.

I don't want to be rude and please don't take this as an offence, but I think that's a loser-mentality. Maybe even exemplary for internet-millennials. (I don't know you, just your statement which I read a lot around here ).
Basketball is a sport and in a sport you want to win. And off course the Warriors will win the title next year, but I think real sportsman and fans want to challenge them as fearcely as possible.
Some of my favorite teams in history like the Stockton-Malone-Jazz, Payton-Sonics and Barkley-Suns couldn't win it, but at least they tried and 20 years later I remember them vividly and respect them greatly. Can you imagine if all the great teams from the mid 90's just gave up at the start of season because of MJ?
I can imagine if the Pacers or Bulls would like to hit the reset-button, but what Morey is currently doing is (for me) ten times more respectable.
