I think TJs contract will only be bad for a year. My feeling is after the 18/19 season he opts out and sign another 4/50 evenly spread.

Why would he do this? It makes no logical sense. Why give up 19 mil in one year for what a 4 year contract, especially when 19 mil is around 40% of the total new contract. It makes no sense. Remember TJ is not an old player, it makes more sense to finish his current contract then with the bird rights he can get his next contract.

Have you seen them? Compare them to last year. They are getting smaller and it'll keep happening year after year as teams caps space will be committed. Last year was a fluke because of such a big rise in cap space.

If there is no market for Tyreke, he would be a good fit here IMO. Just two seasons ago he was putting up like 16 6 and 5, and he legitimately has no set position lol. He would be a good ball handler to have when Dragic sits or misses a game.
