I feel like he's, unforunately, going to Boston.

Over the past week we really have seen no stories or leads towards the Heat we saw this same story play out with Lebron. Let's not kid ourselves. We don't want to be following airplanes again. I am hugely disappointed in Pat Riley these past two seasons at least. He had chances to upgrade our roster and didn't. I understand, I get it, Riley is about to retire in a couple years and wants that big fish to get that whale. But unless he gets Lebron back next year then it doesn't seems like he is getting a whale. And he has to be content on retiring with all the accomplishments he has had. He is already one of the top GMs and Presidents right now. He should go out like that.

Let's tear a new one to Boston. It's going to be South Beach, beaches.

Sounds like he is ready to re-sign. Anybody know where Pat, Spo, and Whiteside are?

It really doesn't seem to me a good idea to pay a player who is not a star, even in his prime, $30M plus a year. This may be disastrous, for us or the Celtics. I don't want to be handcuffed against the cap (which isn't really rising anymore.)

I understand it's a "star's league," but he's not a star. I'd rather spread the money out around average players and have a workman-like ethic. We aren't contending at the moment.

Also, I kind of want Boston to get him just so I can read the rants on the heat board now and the celtics board later.

Waiters + James Johnson this off season would be more than satisfactory. Forget about the porpoises. Please don't sign Rudy Gay. Pretty please.

Definitely some speculation involved. But ever since the summer LBJ has left, we've gotten burned by not reading the tea leaves. Granted, that was when fake news started and was at it's highest. Heat beat writers and verified Twitter reporters were missing the important scoops before ransoms like Vegas accounts and the infamous cup cake shop.

which is why i think we give big 1 year deals to JJ and dion, and try again next summer. be competetive while staying cap flexible
