I understand it's a "star's league," but he's not a star. I'd rather spread the money out around average players and have a workman-like ethic. We aren't contending at the moment.
Also, I kind of want Boston to get him just so I can read the rants on the heat board now and the celtics board later.
which is why i think we give big 1 year deals to JJ and dion, and try again next summer. be competetive while staying cap flexible
1+1TO deals with JJ and Dion would be glorious. Play to get paid and we'll have their bird rights at the end of the 2nd year. That's worth paying more.
