Unless he signs with the Heat of course.

He isn't signing with the Heat. Reporters are blaming the Heat for false info saying, Well it wasn't the Jazz and it wasn't the Celtics and that's as far as I'll go."

What is really disappointing is Pat Riley, he has known about this and hasn't moved on his own players or players in FA. Now that is sad. Maybe try for a trade if that is even remotely possible.

dont be so naive .... the heat are a first class organization if they already knew about haywards decision we woulve already heard about Dion and JJ talks. I highly doubt in fact i am certain that twitter rumors hold no water to riley and the front office

This is why I'm starting to think Hayward's indecision in somewhat legitimate. Maybe it is in part due to damange control/PR as originally thought, but damn. This whole thing is weird.

Anyway, some of you may think it's good that Miami leaked I don't. I think it's bad for players that want to come here in the future.

Where are you seeing this.

Here is one right off the back...

Read on Twitter

I don't think that tweet hints in anyway that Miami was the leaker. All I see is "confirmation" that Hayward has not decided yet.

Give me a break everyone blaming Riley is a Boston reporter. Those scrubs and their leaky house are trying to find a scapegoat for their own incompetence.

League sources tell me that he decided on the Celtics. His wife then told him....

There's only two explanations:

1) Haynes source got ahead of himself, and Hayward has a different decision or he legitimately hasn't decided
2) Hayward isn't on top of his ****, is freaking out his actual decision got leaked and is trying to figure out how to save face

Anything about Riley leaking this or that is BS. The only thing we can leak is if he said no to us specifically or if he's signing with us. Riley doesn't have magic voodoo powers and somehow knows that he's going to Boston before Boston actually does.

It's more likely that he chose Boston then regretted his decision. Seems this guy is a pretty spinesless indecisive dude.

Riley mad he couldn't get his man again and leaked the info out of spite.

Telling you guys, the old man developed Dementia when Lebron turned his back on him. He is hell bent on revenge lol

Personally, I think the first source was a false report by a reporter and credible reporters jumped on without getting a 2nd source and they should have never used the 1st source. But I don't think we are in the Hayward game to begin with but I think Riley thinks he is. That is why nobody has been Re-Signed or he hasn't gone after FAs or even traded players. Then again Waiter's is back home on his boat wearing a shirt of him in a Heat Jersey...

This is like a miniversion of 2010. I think the sports media wants him to go to Boston. They will be very upset if he goes to Miami.

Riley leaked the info out of spite knowing that Mark Bartelstein, Hayward's agent, also represents James Johnson and may represent future Heat targets?

Yeah . . .

Also Riley doesn't have magic voodoo powers on whether or not that person is going to report it or not, that is their choice. Most reporters don't want to be last so they jump on rumors and verify later in this twitter age.

For those saying Rileyleaked anything if that was the case I would be pretty sure JJ and Dion would had been singed already if their was any indication that Hayward was not coming here.

Return to Miami Heat
