All these other free agents such as Blake Griffin, Kyle Lowry etc have taken calls from other teams and have been able to make a nice easy decision. Hayward had to take meetings on separate days, and is now taking a whole other day to deliberate? This is very strange for a guy who isn't a top 5 NBA player, might not even be a top 20 player. You've got to remember, players/managers for teams get talked to for an entire year leading up to free agency, so it's not as if he hasn't had time to think about playing for Celtics/Jazz/Heat beyond this year for the last 6 months.
I think he's signing for Boston, but jeez, just get on with it mate.
Gotta agree with this. If its me, I'm going in with an idea already of what I want to happen.
Do I want to leave Utah? Yes if these conditions are met. Otherwise I stay.
I'd sign with Miami if x, y and z are met.
Same with Boston.
Now lets have the meetings, ask the questions I need to ask in order check off the bullet points on my list.
