Re: Miami HEAT Offseason/Trades/FA Thread: Sardine Central 3.0
You all have lost your damn minds. Going this crazy over Gordon Hayward? 32 million per season? Thats more than lebron, more than durant. For a guy with a jump shot and borderline above average defense.
If riley made this move, just as i posted on the other forum, i would have thought he gone senile. There was only one future HOF playing in the Jazz last season and it was Gobert.
We can either pay two good players 15 mill each and still have about 12 mill, or pay 30 million to one good player in Gordon hayward. Not even a great player, just above average.
He makes Boston a better team, hes not making them or us a championship contender.
Calm the hell down

Alright no more games. Riley needs to put his chips forward here. There is only one FA left on the list that can make any type of difference here and his name is Michael Beasley.

like i have said earlier there's something fundamentally wrong with miami's approach to the whole FA thing. in my opinion they are involving too much players and thus looks less professional because of it. yoū spend almost a day entertaining a player and he will get you for granted.like that hot girlfriend that you give all your attention while she misreads that as weakness and goes for the badass guy instead

Good player but so was glen Robinson and he reminds me a bit of him. Maybe we dodged a bullet not paying a first time Allstar 30 million who wasn't even top 20 in per

Maybe Riley should have just walked in the room, thrown his rings on the table again.
And walk out.

I was honestly hoping we would approach Danilo since the season was over, but looks like hes headed to the clippers and we arent remotely interested..
Theres barely a dropoff in talent between danilo and gordon... gordon just happens to be a bigger name, i have no idea why, maybe because of his success in butler. But danilo is every bit as good

This makes no sense. Any team has to go through the motions if it wants to sign a top free agent.
