If he wants to come we take him w/o hesitation the talent well is drying up out there. I doubt ATL let's him walk though, they have no incentive for doing so.

I don't care much, either way.

Sorta wasting our time with a guy who has zero future. Might be decent....and make the season a little more tolerable.

Prob would rather give the minutes to youth. If they sign him for 1 year....it is what it is.

I'd offer him the 1 year that everyone else is offering.

The Golden State Warriors, San Antonio Spurs and Cleveland Cavaliers also have interest in Crawford.

At the very least it will get one of these three teams to overspend on him, which will possibly take them somewhat out of play in the future.

Tanking can be considered an incentive. Plus, it's not good for a rebuilding team to have vets that don't want to be there.

What annoyed me last year was the abundance of one-way scoring guards that offered nothing defensively (Young, Lou, Clarkson, etc.)

I wonder what's Affalo's market value is right now. A good fit next to Lonzo, imo.

absolutely not. I would sign anyone but him, he's a chucker and we just got rid of our last one, and we was playing the career of his life. Crawford is essentially an older Nick Young at this stage. We need someone who offers something defensively.

I'd go for Afflalo

Uhhh...don't care if late 1st rounders don't get enough experience. Sign this guy. My goodness, can't be picky. This team needs to win games next season.

I think Lonzo would spend a lot more time playing as a true one with Crawford as opposed to Hill, who I think would handle the ball more than Crawford would.

I'd still prefer Waiters for a year at the two, out of the three of them.

Rings Don't like I agree with you. last two posts I agree with you.

it's not about bringing in a guy who's going to handle the ball we want Lonzo to be the guy handleling the ball. look what Sac did with Deran Fox. George Hill is going to be that guy the lead guard. you need to let your guys play. especially if you aren't going to be competing with the Warriors. Jamal Crawford is great. professional. great locker room guy. everybody in the league likes playing with this guy. he would be great around Ball. he's been a number one draft pick. he can do his job and score. he can be a lou Williams. he's gonna average 18 when he comes here.

We aren't TANKING we don't get our pick. so no more we gotta get the pink pong balls. we aint getting porter so we need to get that 8th seed or at least win 40 games. this is why I still don't know why we traded Russell. get Crawford pick and roll with him and Lonzo and Lopez will be good. he and Clarkson can have the minutes at two. and lets face it.

let's face it Lakers we need some shooting. we need some three point shooting. the NBA is about three point shooting. and we don't have it on this team now. our best shooter is our center who just started shooting thee's last season. so we need to get it now.

All the big words with Rob Pelinka and Magic sign some guys. and guys that make sense for the LAKERS.

One of my favorites. He'd be a great addition on and off the court.

Crawford is Lou Will 2.0 but older and with less defense.

If we're going to sign someone for 1 year I really hope it's someone who still has potential to sign with the team for a couple more years? I don't want have to keep getting rid of players all the time. Time to start getting a family together :)
