He was asked why Utah wasn't able to keep Hayward. And somehow he managed to end up trashing the Bucks FO and talking about how the rest of the league is already starting to try to pry Giannis away.

Damn. Well it's up to the Bucks to do what's necessary to keep him. They're not getting good marks on that so far.

That's probably absolutely what it is.

Woj is a ****. Really good at what he does, but he goes out of his way to trash people who don't freely route all information through him.

Anybody else kind of dislike Woj now that he's with ESPN? I almost feel like he's less credible now and will say stuff just for ratings. I mean, that is why ESPN is paying him.

It felt or feels less genuine to me. They literally put him all over the place, on like every show. And guys like Stein were just shown the door without any appreciation for what they had done. I get it, it's business and business can be cold, but it doesn't mean it should be.

He did the same **** at Yahoo, but never got the flack for it because he was like a shining beacon for the ESPN haters out there.

I don't see him as any different here. He's not made-for-TV in my view.

Agreed, he'll be under orders to come up with "juicy" stuff regularly to justify his salary. When that happens (and it already has) his scoops will become less credible and he'll do more of the "attack" pieces framed as "analysis". ESPN is bleeding cash big time (hence all the layoffs). When they bring someone new in they will expect him to make some waves. Yeah he did it at Yahoo but that's a smaller stage.

Just realized Dedmon was still out there. wow, if only last offseason didn't happen we could have him at a bargain right now. Probably a good fit/compliment to Thon and what we need for 20-25 mins a game the next few years.
