Tatum does all the fultz things and has his own tricks. Marvelous player

Smoothness, footwork, offense at three levels, length. One has pg skills and one has size. Neither has super-athleticism (if either did...holy crap). If it remains close between them and the C's pull one of the top 4 next year out of the deal...another virtuoso performance by the GM.

Brown is too careless with the ball. Needs to cut down on the turnovers

He is forcing the issue where as tatum is taking what the defense gives him. Big difference in players.

To be fair, this is because Tatum has the skills to take advantage of whatever the defense gives him.

Brown still looks to be a one trick pony of first step and athletic layup guy.

Brown is looking like he's another year or two away from star handles. Right now he's Jeff Green + on offense - more athleticism, footwork becoming more fluent and adaptive, ping ponging off defenders on drives, working a midrange post-up/face-up game. With Brown's motivation, that's getting him in 14-16 ppg range, more with heavy usage. But until he can start breaking people down with the dribble, diversifying his offense, he's looking like a near all-star, in that Harrison Barnes in Dallas tier- better than Tobias Harris. That's great for his second summer, but he looks right now more like a 3 than a 2. Progressing well.

Tatum looks like he's 35 in his poise and offensive game, and he looks more athletic than I expected, more like he was in high school than at Duke. Looks like the foot injury hurt him, and maybe like he gained some weight during the year. Now he looks like a 2 more than a 3, slim and with some lift. When he gets a head of steam he can jump.

Zizic looks good, too, just needs to get NBA fitness and timing.

Spurs even in SL play like a team. We not so much. Brown is really subpar with the ball in his hands. I'm really worried about his bbiq.

Handles/Decision making were still bad in game one. His shot was on that day so he put up nice numbers, today it went back to normal.
