16 million a year for JJ isn't an overpay. JJ is one of the best isolation defenders in the league. He's just severely underrated.

James Johnson for $15m/year for the next 3 years sounds reasonable for both sides imo. He may want that 4th year, but either way I hope you guys find a way to keep him. I really want to see what this Heat roster is capable of in the playoffs this coming year.
