something like this makes sense with a 2020 pick from HOU and maybe a future pick from Portland for taking on leonard.

Portland saves a bit of cash and gets significantly more productive player. HOU gets there guy for Anderson and pick. And we get harkless (take on a semi sucky contract but also get a couple pick(s).

Leonard is a bum. Barely playable. I wouldn't throw 2$ on him in BAT

Crabbe is a guy that would excel in a larger role.

I honestly rather have Crabbe's deal than Leonard

really? Thats another 8 million a year for a player that will be playing the same position as Dotson and Lee. I guess if you can move Lee then maybe.

But having 18-19 million tied up in crabbe is a lot. Leonard sucks but 10 million is at least manageable

Meyers is a bum. Wouldn't pay 2$ on him in bat.

Crabbe is a guy that would excel in a larger role. Has legit skills and just needs more usage. Still only like 24.

Anderson can actually be a solid player for them, start at PF and contribute.

And they are still shedding salary if they dump Crabbe or Turner on us + Harkless its 30mil, instead of 20mil coming in.

Portland probably wants Anderson. He would fit perfectly next to Nurkic. They probably want to condense two bad contracts into one bad contract in Anderson and save a few million in the tax.

I don't see how the Knicks take Anderson as the reports have been saying that the Knicks DO NOT want to take on Anderson's contract. Which is why the Blazers are probably the third team here to give us expiring + picks.
