I think Olynyk complements Whiteside quite well. He has a decent 3 point shot opening the floor for Dragic/Waiters to drive to the paint and this also allows Whiteside to post up without a help defender against him. Plus, Olynyk plays good defense which helps keep Whiteside relatively fresh and out of foul trouble.

Olynyk is more a 4 than 5. He'll probably start next to Whiteside.
