the ONLY and I mean ONLY WAY im cool with this is if

Melo is dealt (some kind of trade that brings back harkless/picks)

and Lee is traded for picks.

then I might be able to see the THjr signing because he can score and asking KP to do the entire scoring load with WHG is a bit much. So I would at least understand that.

I just hate giving that to one dimensional players like timmy.

James Johnson signing worse IMO all you ever hear about is how he's trained in martial arts during games because he doesn't do much else worth watching.

I mean how do you justify this sort of offer, who was the competition, I don't get it, I mean 10mil a yr would have been much more reasonable for someone like him based on his stats and not proving much yet in his career.. .Mills has some explaining to do if ATL doesn't match, maybe they will, they liked him.

Could we be missing something, I mean is THJR the next big thing and well worth the $$$$$ and years and trade kicker etc..... what am I missing?

Wouldn't you deal him first and then get Timmay? Doesn't make sense to tie up all this money on SGs when Baker and Frank are our only PGs. And Baker is not really a PG, and we don't even know if Frank can even play PG in the NBA yet.

Too much money for Hardarway.. but if you take the money away we weren't signing anyone significant anyway..

he is young tho and gets in the lane and shoots a little so for that I can't be mad.. just hope they following moves aren't stupid.. at this point something for lee and Melo must be taking shape

I agree, he got desperate thinking he was gonna strike out and made a desperate move. I'd still rather THJ over Simmons especially after reading they were gonna make a big aggressive offer for Simmons but i'm not happy.

He was actually great for the Heat last yr, he was a big reason they almost made the playoffs
