Love THJ and his progression. That being said he doesn't fit the long term plans in my opinion. Get high character vets on cheap contracts and allow the youngsters the bulk of the minutes and get a top 5 pick next year.

Not sold on him for this current team's growth window, he's already 28. May turn out how I suspected, Belinelli might be the stopgap SG. Maybe CJ Miles might be a vet target otherwise Shabazz as a youngster.

Atlanta fans, what your take on THJR , you guys want him back for the contract the KNicks just offered, I know a lot of Knicks fans are not happy with the amount of $$$$ etc..... any rumors that they will or wont match ?

The team is already paying 70 mil to one erratic wing player, I doubt they want two.

Let him go. The best thing to look forward to from Hardaway JR's career is one 50 point game in the regular season.

12.8/2.7/1.2 on .329/.262/.636 in 33 minutes is not gonna get it done in the playoffs man.

LOL I went and looked at Bazemore's performance in the playoffs last year: 11.9/3.8/3.3 on .364/.292/.714 in 33 minutes.

Yeah this is too rich me. Wished we could have kept THj, but with Bazemore already here, and no takers for him, I think we are better off just letting that 18 mill per year walk on to NY.
