This would give the team a solid young core.

A solid young core of what exactly? Beside Ron Baker, Meyers Leonard and the players we already have, I don't know what purpose those other mfers would serve here..

Marcus is a PF stop. He is getting paid 5 million. Avery is getting paid 8.8. That only free's up about 4 million.
