You should probably go back and look at the Dion Waiters signing and you will see something different

For "low" salary players (up to $6.5M) trade matching is 175% + $100,000 for matching. For the next tier (up to $19M) it's salary+5M. Having players that you can trade allows you to jump levels.

How are you calculating the annual raises? I thought it was 5% per year
