Not looking like we are making a move for a SF. Winslow-J Rich-McGruder it is. I could live with that. We do desperately need another PG tho. We currently have one roster spot left

This right here is the problem. This is so unrealistic, that once we find ourselves in the 6-8 spot, everyone will be calling to fire Spo or trade everyone.
I'm going to approach this season (and the next few) the same as I did last season. Have minimal expectations, hope to make the playoffs, hope to have at least 1 all star, hope to see Winslow grow as a player, hope to see Bam establish himself as a reliable backup and overall hope to see this team fight and grind. Anything beyond that is gravy.

Look at the East.
1.Cavaliers
2.Celtics
3.Raptors?
4.Heat
5.76ers
6.Bucks
?
?
Anything lower than the 5th seed would be a disappointment.
