Shelvin Mack has agreed upon a two-year, $12 million deal with the Orlando Magic.

Mack will give the Magic depth at point guard behind Elfrid Payton.

That's just a hot streak. His career shooting numbers, including last season, aren't good. He's not a shooter.


He's survived on a reputation as being a tough defender, but it's up for debate whether he's actually a good defender. I just think think he sucks. I don't know how else to put it.

Was anyone really expecting more. We are not going to win that many games so this is an ok signing. It wasn't supposed to wow anyone. We are just filling out the roster and with that second year being partially guaranteed it doesn't hurt us that much.

Someone who gets it Is it a move that I'm excited about? No. Is he going to come in and have a big impact? Maybe maybe not but it's not this terrible debacle that most around here would have you believe either.
