IMO Lonzo will never become a threat offensively BUT he's a floor general and would make a significant impact to a team. Certainly not a #1 option, but a very valuable piece to a championship team.

Most of those guys probably won't get the minutes in the regular season
I'm hoping Tatum somehow gets the minutes. I think he has legit ROY potential, but I dunno if he will with Jae and Morris on the team.
Good assessment:

He isn't going to be able to get to the basket much, but he's 6'5 and can shoot over smaller guys if he fixes his shot in the midrange game. I also think him posting can be lethal considering he is so great at passing and if he can have a few go to moves in the post, to make people defend him there.
Tatum can score it, needs to be a little more efficient but I like Celtics culture and staff to cultivate that.
He's shooting ~48% from the field. What are you talking about?

On the one hand, I'm sure this game was an outlier from Kuzma. On the other hand, his stroke looks darn good. Of course at 22 he should be more polished than one and done players. As a Lakers fan, I'm happy that the team picked up a couple of older first picks in Hart and Kuzma who should be able to contribute right away. Should make the season more interesting.
And yes, Tatum has all-star written all over him.

Haven't seen a guy come out as polarizing as Ball since LeBron, his dad did a superb job pumping the hype train man.
I like the kid but he obviously won't be anything close to Bron but I'd say the best comparison really is Jason Kidd without the D but more shooting. His shooting has been porous so far but seeing as how he shot 40% from 3 in college I'm willing to give it some more time.

Jason Kidd could dribble around NBA level talent with ease, get to any spot on the floor - he was awesome in the half-court. Ball can't even dribble around centers in college - he is completely lacking the abilities required to play the point guard position in the half court in the NBA. He has to wait until the seas open in transition to get to the rack with the ball in his hand. Kidd was also as strong as a bull. He's nothing like Jason Kidd.

Kuzma is almost the perfect player in the offense Coach Walton runs. His range is phenomenal. Great pick by the Lakers.
If Julius Randle has not developed his outside shooting and 3 point shot......he might be in the trade market soon. Lakers looking for big men that are versatile....

Kuzma really does look fantastic. What a steal for the Lakers at #27

Right?
It's like Adam Silver made his routine visit here too and is making sure Lonzo gets all the exposure possible.
Which means, the more Lonzo threads the better.
ESPN doesn't shut up about him and Adam is also making sure we have as many discussions about him as possible.

I'm not hating, don't get me wrong, but I love how the Laker brand have washed most of them lads' brains. Hope it works out for you guys.

No other player is getting judged like he is right now.
It's quite sad how it seems like people just can't appreciate talent these days and are too quick to claim themselves right or feel vindicated about a certain opinion. Ball may or may not bust but I'm going to have a hell of a time watching his style of play mesh with LA.

Hopefully. Might be easier to unload Deng if we add Randle, and can only do that if kuzma the real deal

Absolutely stupid and moronic fanbase along with extremely predictable playoffs.
Well, when you act like you're a can't miss prospect and will only sign and play for the Lakers ala Kobe style, then you going to get criticism. Especially if you don't showcase your "elite skills" against other raw 20yr olds. What better time to do so??
Be thankful you have the talent to be drafted and possibly play in the NBA, instead of making demands and calling the shots like you've proven something already.

overall conditioning needs to improve
he needs to play with more intensity throughout the game and learn to be more active off the ball with cuts and screens in addition to looking for offensive rebounds.
