Not even close. That will only create luxury tax breathing room. They are WAAAAY over the cap right now. Every expiring contract is not cap space. Jabari's cap hold alone will account for all the cap space they are currently expected to have next summer.
The Jabari situation is terrible for the Bucks. His cap hold sucks. Then you have to worry about matching irresponsible offers and having an Arenas on your hands for 4 years or lose him for nothing. And you probably can't trade him for jack, because any team acquiring him knows they have to deal with the same situation and because he won't help anyone in the last year of his rookie deal. I'd much rather let his contract expire than deal with all that.
