He was beasting it...such an enigma right now. This year will be interesting...

I feel like he has all the tools to be really solid...but 4 years of college and going into his second year in the nba coming up....if it doesnt click for him now...

I didn't read that much into it. Seems like he's strictly talking about the basketball side of it. Seems fair enough to me. I mean, even if their moms got murdered last night, them missing SL would still be a negative for the team... Seems to me like he's just commenting on the basketball side of it strictly.

Anyone know how to watch the game vs the Wiz today? I watched the previous two games on WatchESPN/Sling, but today's game is on NBATV and I don't have that channel. How can one stream the game today?

Yeah but if someone's mom were murdered, he wouldn't dare mention the basketball side of things. His willingness to go there tells me he's pretty sure nothing tragic happened. KC is a careful guy.

I agree the entire FO needs to go. I've said it before, he should have been fired before the last coaching hire. He's been here too long without championship results.
I know LeBron is in the East but Paxson has been the GM for 14 seasons and we've been the conference finals 1 time.

I think that KC knows that the "personal issues", at least for Payne, is BS. Just another Gar lie, which he is prone to do when he is under pressure. Payne's problems at SL have attracted a fair amount of attention, and with Dunn out, Payne was going to be front and center for the next couple of games. By sending Payne home, Gar avoids the potential, and likely, conflagration that would occur if Payne continued to play. It's clear Payne is messed up mentally right now, and that it's affecting his play big time. Gar could have just said that they are closing Payne down, but I think he added this story in order to deflect attention even from that decision.

I'm hoping they just pulled Payne out because he sucks and hurts the development of other players. And the next corresponding move with him is that either he's gone or rots on the bench.

Why do I have a feeling that Toni Snell is going to end up having a better nba career than Denzel Valentine? Despite his tentativeness on offense, Snell could always play defense and shoot the 3pt shot. He is a much faster and athletic player than Valentine also. I never thought I would say that, but Snell was a better prospect than Valentine when he with us.
