Summer league is just a different beast.

Around the 4 minute mark in this, Brad talks about Tatum's shot selection and how roles/opportunities will be different when the actual season hits.

Agreed. My comment is no less correct then it is correct to say it's impossible Tatum will play like he does in the summer league this year. We'll actually run plays in the NBA. And we have 2 all-stars to carry the playmaking.

I probably shouldn't have to say more than we'll actually run plays in the NBA haha.

Still nice to see Tatum has a goto end of game shot. I'm happy to start working with a prospect that has that in his toolbox.

Zizic looked the best he's looked. So did Bird. What else do you care about? I don't care how well this group of players who are never going to be on the Garden floor together play in SL.

The way Brad Stevens is gushing about Ojeleye and talking like he is definitely on the team makes me think another trade will be happening soon. Just my opinion.

Yeah Tatum holds onto the ball way too long. Good to know he's got that iso skillset, but feels like I've traveled back in time to 2002.

Ojeleye should make the roster. Mickey probably doesn't; Jackson might; Yabusele and Gerald Green (or other FAs) are on the fence.

No, Brown isn't ok. He still can't dribble nor pass. His shooting isn't that great either. He still isn't sure of himself on the court. Still overrated.

But his injury is ok. A slight thigh bruise.

The "Jaylen sucks" crowd will probably have representatives in Springfield if he ever makes the HoF.

Is he? Bell was my sleeper of the draft. I wanted us to select him. But I knew he wasn't Danny's or Brad type of player because he can't shoot. But man can he rebounder, block and defend. He is a Ben Wallace type. Kenneth Faried with shot blocking.

I told you guys Semi was making the team. That his skills offensively translate. Brad talking up his D versatility....lock him in.

I'm coming around. I know nothing about college, but wanted Jordan Bell from what I read. When GSW bought him a pick later, I was (mildly) bummed. Then, Semi's first game or 2 were nothing impressive, really. But, he's come on the last few. A 6'6" Smart, add a shot, remove some playmaking.... That at least gets us 2 more inches on D, if nothing else.
