I'd take that deal. Knicks aren't doing anything any time soon. That frees up 10mil in cap this year and hawes is expiring next year. Another stretch 4 for 2 years wouldn't be terrible. I'd maybe try to get another young prospect from the Rockets but it's not bad and pretty realistic.
