That was a pretty good game. Hopefully the Lakers meet up with us in the semifinal.

Zo,Zu and Ku vs Ding,Dennis, and Yogi. Book it!

You know what, believe it or not a thread for summer league exists, you guys don't have to make a new thread every two seconds about Lonzo and the Lakers! Crazy right!?!?

Yeah lets just create a Lebron thread every 2 minutes.

You won't see me doing that, but yeah for the most part I agree too many threads created about something that could easily be added to an existing thread.

If lebron will go to LA in 2018, wouldn't Lonzo be in Wiggins situation 2.0? Gets traded for a Win now allstar ala kevin love? I know it's a year after but Lonzo will have very high value. Would magic even do that?

No he'll be the Kyrie that LeBron wants to play with.

I know Lonzo had a huge game, but man he makes everyone around him look so much better. Kyle Kuzma is a GREAT get as a late 1st rounder, averaging 17.7 points, 8.3 reb in 3 games so far. I already like him better than Randle as a perfect stretch 4 next to Lonzo. They already have chemistry. That full court pass from Ball to Kuz right on the money was beautiful.

Rondo had a 44/10/8 game against the big 3 in the ECF.

Lonzo will be fine, he's ceiling is so much higher then RR but calm down - this is just a sl game.

No kidding. I'm still tepid on Ball as a Lakers fan but there's been at least a dozen rookies this summer league that look like legitimate day 1 impact players/starters. If this summer league isn't a mirage, the NBA is going to keep on rolling on.

Love what Ball showed. DDefense should be an issue though.

Hate what this will mean for RealGM and Laker fans popping out of the woodwork.

Yup...transcendent player like I said. He'll have a rookie Lebron level impact in his rookie season. People called me crazy, locked my threads, but that's the laker hate on RealGM.

Things that people called me crazy on but have been silenced:

- Ball will be a generational talent - now where are they at?
- Kobe won't win us 5 championships - now where are they at?
- I started a thread stating Ball would have a Lebron level impact in his rookie season on a team level - now where are they at?
- Ingram will have PG numbers next season(in partial because of Ball) - now where are they at?

They've all been silenced today, and they know what's coming. Rings. Lots of them. Tatum, Fox, all good players, but not on Ball's level in terms of team impact...not even close.

Ball's performance solidifies Paul George coming here next season. Lakers are going to quickly rise in the west in the next couple of years, and will soon be contenders most likely by year 2 with Ball.

Well that is a big gap there...Kevin Garnett to Michael Jordan. That is referring to Ingram's ceiling which there really isn't a limit on ingram yet. 6'10 with a 7'4 wingspan...that can dribble like a PG, and showed great vision his rookie season...hard to put a ceiling on that. Potential is potential, it's not guaranteed. No one really ever reaches their highest potential. Kobe and MJ probably the closest to ever reach their full potential basketball-wise. Without the work ethic...without the luck of not getting seriously injured...it's hard to ever reach that full potential.

Oh I see the Zubac top 3 pick. Well Zubac looked great last summer league and his potential is still there. But that statement is after looking at the picks after Ingram.... which is Jaylen Brown, Dunn, Hield...not exactly amazing prospects after #2....Zubac still has the potential to be the better pick than Jaylen obviously. I forgot how terrible the picks were after #2 in that draft which was the reason for that statement.

Westbrook has the same explosive style as Rose. Arguably unsustainable athleticism. Once that athleticism is gone, what is he going to rely on? In his 30s yes, I could see him ending up as a journeyman. And I stated that in my other response which is perfectly logical.

Only nonsense because it is not in line with your opinion. When Ball becomes a generational talent...when Ingram gets 20ppg and up next season...these are all realistic possibilities.

Have you got any other predictions? What's the Lakers win/loss record going to be? Any other predictions for Kuzma or Zubac for example? What's Lonzo's stat line going to be end of the season?

Also who is Lonzo currently better than in terms of starting PGs around the league in your opinion?
