Maybe. Not sure how highly the Suns view him. I definitely think he's going to be a VERY good PG in this league. He's quick, makes quick decisions with the ball, crafty playmaker, good defender, elite handle... If he was 6'2, we'd act like he was the next star PG in this league. He's not IT or Nate on D

He'd start for us until Frank develops. Ulis started the last 6-8 weeks of the season. Not like he can't start. And Baker is a 2 guard man. He not a PG at all. Same reason why we're going after Bledsoe. We still are going after a starting PG. Baker is a good 4th guard

Short term he's your starting PG. Long term he's your 6th man. Baker is not a 6th man nor is he really a PG. He's a poor mans Delladova now who has potential to be Delly.

It's obvious we're looking for starting PG's still in the interim. Wouldn't you rather have a potential core piece than a vet? We know Horny loves multiple PG lineups, so a 3 guard rotation of Frank/Ulis/THJ can definitely work.

You start him in the short term, move him to the 6th man role in the long term. Baker is making 4.5 million, but I genuinely believe that's as a backup 2 guard. The fact that we're going after Bledsoe shows that we are still in market for PG. Would you prefer us go after Bledsoe at 27 or Ulis at 21?
