If Melo really wants to go he should publicly say he's willing to waive his NTC for a few more teams (Washington/Toronto) and the Knicks can gain some leverage and start a bidding war.

Seems like the media trying to keep things going so they are going to now say Melo is mad he isn't leaving just like they were saying he'd rather stay close to his kids etc.... Melo probably just sitting back not caring one way or another, he's getting paid $$$$ he is in NY as of right now, a city that he loves, I think Melo is good either way and the media are the ones causing this stuff for ratings etc...

The Knicks have done everything for Melo, got him paid and the NTC. Given up the farm and more.

Also trying to work out a deal with the Rockets, that is mutually beneficial for both parties. I'm supposed to be mad at them if the offer the Rockets gave them is one thats not worth taking and would cripple the franchise even further?

Only selfish fcks would be upset about that.

Selfish? It's his career. If he wants to stay in NY (or get traded to a select few teams) he has no reason to help out the organization that's been running his name through the mud for the better part of 2 years. Even with Phil gone.
