Once in a while, I go to look at a team's depth chart. Have you ever paid attention to those? Sometimes they are interesting, sometimes they are hilarious. I was just looking at a couple of the teams and scratching my head. It may be the off-season but that's no excuse for some of the laughable depth charts.
Typically RealGM & ESPN seem to be the most accurate and looking at those other teams led me to look at the Nuggets.
ESPN lists Chandler as our only SF - without knowing anything about the team, that makes sense. They list Murray at SG, same thing. They also list Arthur at center, that's a little ridiculous but Malone played him there for a very few minutes. They also list Plumlee even though he's an RFA but that may be policy. It just looks strange.
But ESPN has nothing on RealGM where they list the Nuggets with no SFs - that makes no sense no matter why they do it. Some may not like Hernangomez at SF and Chandler may have played a lot of PF last year, but most of the NBA knows Chandler is really a SF. But listing Chandler at PF gives the Nuggets 6 PFs with one center and no SF (Plumlee isn't listed).

Re: Rosters
My fear is that the TC and co think the roster is ready due to the impression I got from their SL interviews and our lack of movement in the lower name free agency just for the sake of finding some roster balance.
As it sits we have the worst PG rotation in the league and bottom 3 SF rotation. I'm okay with our PG spot if Murray is starting and getting most of the minutes there but we all know Malone won't be doing that and will appease Jameer to avoid locker room issues.
I don't think many people realize how badly Chandler's numbers drop across he board playing at the 3. We are going to spend most of the season complaining about how worthless our SF position is.

I looked at your OP and regard it as an valid observation of how poor some reporting can be. The devil is always in the details and that is confusing to some reporters.
Canned in Denver.

Once upon a time, journalists took pride in their work - now they slam out articles with misspelled words and grammatical errors, not to mention inaccuracies. You would think they could at least use a spell checker & a grammar checker - they do exist.
