He probably knows Lebron has no plans on coming back next year and wants out before the team completely falls apart and maybe gets stuck on a horrific team.

Good lord, read the article before you just guess at crap. The article says the exact opposite. He wants out because he doesn't want to play with Lebron any more. He wants to run his own team. IMO, that's crazy and Kyrie might just be high again but the article on this topic clearly says he doesn't want to play with Lebron any more.

Yeah, it looks like this is more about abandoning ship. He wouldn't be the man in Minnesota either with KAT and Butler, tbh.

Phoenix gets: JR Smith Kyrie Irving
Cleveland gets: Tyson Chandler, Eric Bledsoe, Miami's 2018 pick

.... Why would the Cavs do that? That is a lopsided trade. JR Smith/Irving for Bledsoe/Jackson/Miami pick is better. Probably still not good enough for Cleveland tbh.

Melo + top 5 protected 2018 1st + 2020 1st + Lee for Kyrie + JR

Give them a good SG, Melo (who Lebron wants), and 2 picks and we take JR's horrible contract off their hands. I think it adds up financially.

Sounds like Irving wants to go to a team that is mediocre so he can ISO all game and score as many points possible. Kind of like the Cavs prior to LeBron returning.

Kyrie got tired of this winning nonsense getting in the way of his stats. We can all remember what a dynasty he was launching as "the man" before Lebron arrived.

I would love to see Kyrie go to Minnesota.

Can you imagine how good that team would be?

Articles don't always tell the full truth...If he wanted to be "the man" he wouldn't want to go to Minnesota or the Spurs. Something else is up.

I doubt it. Favors would be a FA next year. I think Utah would have to throw in a pick at least.

Favors is an ideal fit at 5 for the Cavs, IMO. He protects the rim, runs the PnR, rebounds and can space out to 18 feet. He can play 4 and 5.

Thompson, Favors, Love and LeBron at the 4/5 is fantastic.

Hood would have to be included to give them a scoring threat on the wing IMO.

Too much for the Jazz. They won't do Favors/Rubio/Hood for Irving. Cavs would have to throw in a sweetener.

Can you please explain why that's too much from the Jazz?

Mills can't be traded until 12/15 right?

No idea.

Haven't researched it yet.

Man, what a turn of events if the Cavs trade a former #1 pick for another of their #1 pick even more recent than the first one. And then for Wiggins and Love to play along side each other after being traded one for another.

Doesn't really matter where Kyrie would prefer to go, he doesn't have a no-trade clause.
