Irving is gonna learn the hard way about life with Lebron. Unless he goes to the Spurs (apparently one of the teams involved) I don't think he'll ever go to a finals again without Lebron. The Bucks are another team mentioned. I assume Marks is positioning himself as a very willing 3rd team to help facilitate.

he has won a title and made 3 finals. i think its entirely possible winning titles isnt his #1 priority, and getting away from the lebron circus may be very appealing to him

I'd offer to help facilitate for Love if they are looking to move his contract too and blow up their current core. I'm assuming his asking price would be less than Kyrie's (seems like Melo + 1st is on table). I'd consider doing something along the lines of Booker, RHJ, IW, and a future lotto protected first.
