i'm actually surprised philly hasnt been more into trade talks

they seem to be the perfect spot for anderson , they have cap room and now that they have moved on from "the process" are in the market for players to space the floor and make a move to the top of the standings .

rockets get melo
76ers get anderson and 1st rounder from rockets
knicks get ariza , bayless and stauskas a 2nd rounder from rockets and a potential pick swap down the line in the 1st rd w/ rockets
Its because I'm green isn't it?

well they can't get Melo for just one

at least two have to go

Ariza has the most value but they have less need for a SG

Anderson is clearly the one they want to move the most

getting back Turner makes Ariza's loss less as turner can play SF and off the ball

but yeah, its gonna cost them to get Melo

That never has or will be on the table

he was gone for George apparently

he's hardly untouchable

Comparing George to Melo? Melo is on the downside of his career.

im not comparing them

I'm saying what I'm saying which is that Clev was willing to move him for George

and he's not untouchable

with LBJ and Kyrie wanting out i think they might make a move for melo knowing that all three could jet
if that happened they wouldnt be trapped with bad salaries, well not too many
and unlike Love Melo actually plays most of the season and is LBJs bestie

If they have to give up anyone in addition to Anderson and picks it will be Gordon not Ariza. Ariza is the wing defender that is needed to allow Melo to move to the 4. And we both know Turner is trash.

Melo's missed more games in the past 3 years than Love. Love isn't a bad salary, he could easily be moved for a young asset if the Cavs choose. No one cares he's Lebrons buddy, Lebron already left his real bestie Wade. Does Love for Melo make the Cavs better? No. Moving on

Ha ha he rushed through it especially the Frank part but he did stress the middle syllable.

There's a nice 3/4 waltz tempo to Frankie Ntilikina:

"FRANK-ee Knee-LEE-kinna"

Maybe that's a MSG chant in the making-- only New Yorkers could pull that chant off.

 It's inconsequential, but since we're on a message board and are clearly about that meaningless debate life, I hear him stressing the first syllable: NIH-lee-keena.

But if you remember a lot of the games Melo missed he didn't need to miss and could of played but our season was over so we sat him or i think it was in 2016 that he missed pretty much the whole 2nd half with i think a hurt shoulder but could of played if we needed him to.

Yeah it was Tuesday at 5:45. I don't want them to rush trading him just to do it and get a bad deal but i do wish they'd get something done so they can move on to deciding if they wanna trade C.Lee and KOQ or whoever else. This Melo thing is holding up them doing anything else and think they can get us a new SF or vet PG with making a trade after the Melo thing cause they don't know what they're gonna get for Melo yet.

Really? I just held my speaker up to my ear and I could swear he said KneeLEEkinna twice. "Ha ha thanks guys it's Frank KneeLEEkinna, KneeLEEkinna." It's going to be fun hearing the crew struggle with it.

What's funny is that I think the textbook-correct pronunciation is stressing the KEENA at the end.
